Сначала о главном: решение - взять другой экземпляр карточки на 2 Гб (другой производитель) или карточку на 4Гб.
Суть проблемы: на самом деле все карточки на 2Гб немного отличаются по объему. Из-за этой небольшой разницы и возникает проблема. Мы постараемся учесть этот момент в февральских прошивках, и при их создании искусственно уменьшать объем одного из разделов на флэшке, чтобы образ гарантированно "влезал" на любую карточку 2 Гб.

Для тех, кто натолкнулся на эту проблему и попробовал прошить эту-же карточку под Ubuntu с помощью утилиты dd, тоже может возникнуть сюрприз. Например, карточка прошивается, после загрузки виртурилки видна сеть virt2real, но к ней невозможно присоединиться. Причина тут простая - после записи повреждена файловая система на карточке. В наших тестах это выражалось в том, что папка /var совсем пустая или в ней отсутствуют некоторые папки (смотрели из консоли через адаптер FTDI), поэтому система загружается не полностью.
